Welcome to Maids in Purple. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered

Maids in Purple provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, including but not limited to:

  • Recurring Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Vacation rental cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Real estate and special event cleaning

2. Calls Bookings & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the condition or size of the property.
  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, a 20% fee will be applied.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours.
  • We will gladly return to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide a safe, accessible working environment.
  • Valuable, delicate, or sentimental items should be secured or disclosed in advance.
  • For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or clean up hazardous materials (e.g., biohazards, mold, etc.).

6. Damage & Breakage Policy

  • While we take great care in your home, accidents can happen.
  • Please report any issues within 48 hours of service.
  • We are insured and will work with you to resolve any damage caused by our team.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if:

  • Conditions are unsafe for our cleaners.
  • There is harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Payment terms are violated or there is a history of cancellations.

8. Messaging

You agree to receive informational messages (Customer Care) from Maids in Purple. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at weclean@maidsinpurple.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is used solely to provide services and improve our customer experience. For more, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

Maids in Purple reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
