Refund Policy

At Purple Maids, we take pride in providing reliable, professional house cleaning services. Because cleaning is a time-based service, refunds are handled differently than product returns.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something was missed during your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and let us know what areas need attention. We will make every reasonable effort to return and re-clean the missed area at no additional charge.

Refunds

Purple Maids does not offer refunds for completed cleaning services. However, if there is a concern with the quality of the service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and make it right when possible.

Refunds may be considered only in rare situations where:

  • A payment was made in error
  • A duplicate charge occurred
  • A scheduled service was paid for but never performed
  • Purple Maids determines a refund is appropriate after reviewing the situation

Any approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method when possible.

Time-Based Cleaning

Our services are billed based on the amount of cleaning time used. Estimates are based on the information provided before the appointment, such as the size of the home, type of cleaning, and requested services.

If a job takes less time than estimated, customers are only charged for the time used. If additional time is needed, we will communicate whenever possible before continuing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Purple Maids may charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with short notice, especially if a cleaner has already been scheduled or dispatched.

Access Issues

If our cleaner arrives and cannot access the home, or if the appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control, the customer may still be responsible for part or all of the scheduled service cost.
